Shipping policy

All orders require 2–4 business days for processing** after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Timeframe

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing is complete.

    • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (available at checkout for an additional fee)


3. Total Delivery Estimate

For domestic orders, please allow 4–8 total business days (processing + shipping) for standard delivery. Expedited orders arrive in 3–6 total business days.


4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS and UPS. The carrier and final delivery speed depend on your location and selected shipping method.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. If tracking details aren’t updating, contact us for support.


6. Shipping Delays

While rare, delays due to weather, carrier errors, or customs (for international orders) may occur. Cindy's Cutesy Cups is not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.


7. Address Accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot redirect or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
