1. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only available for products with defects, such as leaks or manufacturing flaws. To qualify, customers must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery by contacting our team via email or phone. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt). Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the mailing carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery and documenting any visible damage with photos. While we cannot process refunds for transit-related issues, we’re happy to assist with carrier claim documentation if needed.

3. Non-Qualifying Situations
Returns or refunds are not provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
